When I met Hila & Barak- the owners of "Somek winery" we ad a dream in common; to open a Kitchen in the winery. Regarding my passion for wine, that started during my work as a Chef in Rome, I found a new way to connected with the kitchen. It gave me a look into the world of wine and understanding the requires complete and precise context between wine and food. 

 

Together with my kitchen that specializing in boutique events, we opened a pop up kitchen, hosting three days for lunch and dinner with Somek best wines.

After a long and exciting sleepless days, we set up a series of meals, accomplished our dream with taste of wanting more.

guiding by Barak Dahan, the winery owner
& a Launch or dinner in our tasting room,

around table knights with 20 seats for Sharing menu.

2 weeks ago I came back from one of the most beautiful cities in the world - New York, after a several boutique events I was honored to make there.
One of thos special events was for the Canadian Ambassador to Israel, which was very exciting opportunary for me.

At the second holiday of  Passover, I opened a pop up kitchen for three days at Kibbutz Mizra, in north of Israel.

In a charming antique shop "second time" runs by  

Lily's and Uzi.

 

It was exciting to see the connection between the place, the Dinnerware,  Unique plates and special furniture together with

my cuisine,

Among the people, the smells and flavors.

 

Thanks to everyone who came and taste my dishes and left me a taste of more.
